I love that a coat which has loads of life in it can be saved, the repair service is brill. My only complaint was that unlike my normal experience I had to chase. The coat was sent for repair and was really needed due to the weather, there was little communication and had to resort to contacting finisterre to chase, it then arrived a few days later without any further communication
