The Transition Insulated Jacket builds on our previous Aeris style, combining our lightweight Finisterre Engineered Insulation with true active performance. The 100% recycled (GRS certified) polyester fabric has built in four-way mechanical stretch, enabling natural movement and flexibility whilst youÕre out exploring or exercising. Fully reversible with roomy pockets on both sides, the Transition Jacket pairs perfectly with our Rainbird Jacket for a lightweight, active layering system to keep you warm and dry.

Light, practical, and doesn't look like a shopping bag. I am wearing orange side for cycling, black/blue side for everything but.
Love the coat great as a mid layer or on cooler summer evening
Absolutely love it and wear it all the time. My only criticism would be that the length of the arms is still slightly too short (this was the case with older versions of this jacket too).
For others benefit - I am 6'2 and ~80kg - I tried both L (which fits perfectly other than in the arm length) and XL (which fit like a tent), and ended up sticking with the large.
I’d definitely recommend this jacket. It’s insulated, but not so much that you overheat when out on walks, hikes or runs so it’s versatile for a variety of temperatures. I think it’ll also be perfect for the evening summer chills in the UK. It’s also shower proof/repellent so you don’t have to worry if you get caught in a bit of rain. The reversible feature is a bonus too!
