Insulated waterproof parka jacket in atlantic blue

I first saw the Vellus Coat in the London store just before Xmas last year. It immediately stood out as a high quality product and I tried it on and fell in love with it - the fit, the weight and the detail was top notch. At the time, I wasn't looking for a coat so I left it and I've since spent the whole year to date regretting that decision - until recently. The Vellus sold through in my size and has been out of stock for the majority of the summer (seems weird to look for a winters coat during one of the hottest summers on record - but that's how much I wanted this coat). As much as I looked at other coats from other manufacturers (Patagonia, TNF etc), none seemed to offer the same combination of warmth, waterproof rating, sleek looks and of course, the sustainability factor that we all love. So I clicked on the link to be emailed when it came back into stock and I even emailed HQ to ask the same question. So when I received an email saying that one had been returned from store to HQ in my size I couldn't place the order fast enough. They say absence makes the heart grow fonder and my new Vellus coat is even better than I remembered it all those months ago. No it's not cold enough for me to get the benefit yet but I don't care - it will get cold and wet and I'll be snug and dry when it does.
