- Helen A.Verified BuyerReviewingFarne Roll Neck JumperI recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 stars3 years agoWould have paid top whack too!! :D
I'd been ogling this jumper for sooo long, but was a bit wobbly on the price.
Admittedly, I did try to source similar wool, thinking I could perhaps embark on knitting one myself!?!
However .... it would appear that nowhere in this country sell wool anything like as good looking as this. Then, searching further afield ... US! ... the only similar, attractive looking and quality wool, would have cost £180 for the wool alone!!
Recce quickly over, I decided to take the plunge and treat myself :)
(Amazed was I, when I checked back on the sight to see it was included in the sale too??! Bonus!)
I ordered a size 10 and a size 12 for choice, as I'm 5ft8 and 67kg, athletic build (small boobs and broad shoulders!) and usually in between a 10/12, so wanted to try both on.
The size 10 fits superb! Love it! Not too sloppy, not too snug. I can wear a thin merino sweater underneath, or a vest and it looks equally good. The quality is awesome, soft but not flimsy.
The colour is just amazing!! (Looks just like the colour on the Finisterre page) I love the flecks of orange too. Makes it stand out in 'not just another jumper' way :)
The role neck can be folded once or twice, both look great.
Looks fab with both black jeans and blue.
Will last me years I can tell!
So so pleased I finally purchased! ... and extra bonus was that it was in the sale too!?! ... Though on reflection, I would have paid even more than normal price, it is so good!
ps I don't work for Finisterre :) Just love…
