Roughly 2 years ago my wife bought me a 3mm suit - loved it but sadly the neck tore and it leaked after only 12 months . I contacted finisterre and they said they would be happy to repair free of charge !
Life got in the way and sadly I forgot to take the suit for repair - 12 months later, on a recent trip I visited the finisterre shop in St Agnes and explained the situation and they said they would still stand by there offer !
I dropped the suit off for repair and was told sadly it was beyond repair ….but ! I was then told finisterre would replace my suit free of charge !! Insane customer service
Needless to say I was more than impressed - I now own the 3, 4 and 5mm hooded finisterre suits ! I have tried other brand leaders such as Patagonia and excell suits but non compare to finisterre in my opinion
