Generally did all they could. But a couple of oily stains still remained which was a shame. Otherwise it was quite quick, and easy to arrange.
Excellent re waterproofing and service. Jacket looks like new.

I decided to take advantage of the re proofing service offered by Finisterre. I used Royal Mail pick up from home service which was great. Good communication from Martha who kept me informed of receipt and when the jacket was despatched back to me. We haven’t had any rain since I got my jacket back so fingers crossed the reproofing works!
Thank you - the wash and reproof has revived my coat and it's ready for whatever winter may throw at it! It is really useful to have this service as we don't have a tumble dryer at home. I've had two items cleaned so far, and both have a new lease of life.
