Honestly, I had to talk myself in to spending £20 (with a recent offer discount) on a cotton t-shirt. But the quality of the fabric and the construction is very different to your usual high-street t-shirt. The cotton used here is a great weight, but feels cool and is quite strikingly soft.
It's survived a couple of washes, though I haven't been brave enough to tumble dry it yet (the care label says it's verboten) and it's worth noting that both t-shirt's I have bagged out a bit after washing.
The large was a perfect fit for me (44" chest, kinda tubby) and is cut pretty boxy (which, again, suits me fine). After washing it's a little looser than I'd like so I may risk a cool-heat tumble and see how it fares.
