Lovely and cosy, and a bit smarter than the average fleece! Another winner from Finisterre, especially as it was in the sale!
So I looking for a fleece that could wear as a lightweight alternative to a jacket. I tried alot and none were quite right either down to fit or finish.
This turned up and I thought great colour, I like the fit but it's a bit too breathable, it lets the wind through.
More of a jumper than a fleece so it nearly went back.
Well I can safely say this is now currently my most worn item of clothing.
Warm when it's cold, cool when it's warm. It really is all-day comfort ... a revelation!
If I was to sling one criticism at it, it would be that it bobbles like wool very easily, but I'm really nitpicking here (no pun intended). Buy one, you'll love it!
I love this, wear it every other day since it arrived. Super warm, feels well built and will clearly last, pockets in the right places, bright blue colour is great.
Only criticism would be that I ended up having to size up to an XL (usually a nailed on large) because of sleeve and torso length coming up short (bit of a theme with finisterre gear...) For reference I am 6"2 and slim, 80kg, ~40" chest.
I bought this for my husband (different colour) because he loved the first one so much!
