Penhale Linen Dungarees

I love these, great fit and look good (I think!) but the buckles have to be tied as they just keep unfastening on their own.

Dress up or down. Very comfortable.

These are a lovely pair of dungarees, great quality and cut. I sized up for a looser fit. I'd love to give 4 or 5 stars, but the fastenings are so frustrating that I have to mark them down. I have followed the tutorial and it does work and hold for a short period, but due to the slip of the material and style of fastening it always slips and I spend an inordinate amount of time refastening. I plan to replace with standard dungaree metal button and clip. Not ideal for the price really. I'd ask Finisterre to look again at the design.

The dungarees are made of thick quality linen and they fit true to size. I would've given them 5 stars but the buckles are not like the ones shown on the website. They are poorly designed so you have to do this complicated thing where you pass the straps through, back and down again or you have to tie them which looks awful. Otherwise they come undone.

First time I've been disappointed with the design of Finisterre clothing.
