I purchased these for my wife as we do a lot of walking in the peaks and over the beacon when in Cornwall. My wife thinks are fantastic and very comfortable on long walks. They are the usual brilliant Finisterre quality we know and love.
I took one look at these leggings and thought there's no way they were going to fit. But happily I was wrong – they've got some serious stretching power. And no sign of this relenting after two months of regular wear and slightly less regular washing. No sagging or baggy knees after a few wears and the waistband stays up over my soft size 16 stomach without the need to hoik or digging in. The recycled polyester is far softer than I imagined it would be – they don't have a shiny, cold feel – and, although there has been some bobbling, this is light and no cause for concern yet. The wedge shaped pocket is also a handy bonus, and deep enough for a phone to fit in comfortably. I think these might be my favourite ever leggings.
After having tried many different brands these are by far the most comfy and fitting leggings I found. The quality also seems great and hopefully they will last a long time.
These leggings are really comfortable and feel great for a range of activities.
I actually have 2 pairs and each is different.
One pair is size L, and it's more fleecy than the other pair, size XL.
XL one is thinner and more stretchy. I actually wearing then the fleece side inside as it's warmer and more pleasant to look at. And I prefer the inside way look on the outside.
I haven't returned the XL pair, as I like how they are comfortable and as this pair is thinner, i will wear when weather gets milder.
They are great and super comfy leggins.
