really warm
I wasn't entirely sure about this at the start as I have quite broad shoulders and wondered if it made them look even broader...but every time I put it in the package to return I got it out again because it felt so warm on and the colour- green- is beautiful!. There are tiny flecks of blue and red and cream in the base and the green itself is vibrant and unusual. The length is useful, which is why I decided the boxy ness didn't matter in the end. It looks great thrown over almost anything and one feels the warmth of the merino almost immediately. I'm very happy with it and am wearing it often.
