Creative Operations Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Creative team at Finisterre on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The Creative Operations Assistant supports with the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of all creative work within Finisterre’s internal creative department. They act as the administrative backbone of the team - supporting briefs through our internal project management tool, communicating with the wider team with necessary updates and supporting our Creative Project Manager to deliver in their role. The role ensures projects run efficiently, stay on budget, and align with brand strategy, while championing clear communication and cross-functional collaboration across the business.

Head of Wholesale
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Head of Wholesale is responsible for scaling Finisterre’s global wholesale channel, driving profitable growth while protecting and enhancing brand equity. Working closely with the Commercial Director and regional leadership, the role will contribute to shaping wholesale strategy and translate it into a scalable global operating model. The Head of Wholesale will lead a central “centre of excellence” that empowers regional sales teams and ensures wholesale operates as a profitable, brand-aligned channel integrated with Finisterre’s omni-channel approach.

Work Experience
We're thrilled to offer an exciting and hands-on voluntary work experience opportunity for students. We’ll be hosting two groups of six students in the weeks commencing 13th of July 2026 and 10th of August 2026. You’ll get to spend a week with us at Finisterre's St Agnes HQ, working across different departments to get a real-life understanding of how we create our products. From brainstorming design ideas to learning the process products go though before being made and sold online and in our shops, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the entire journey.
