Free UK Returns and Exchanges for items bought instore or online
If you would like to use our free postal returns, please follow these steps:
We're currently navigating stormy seas with staff shortages in our warehouse. We aim to process exchanges and returns as fast as we can, but please allow up to 2 weeks.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition, with tags, and within 90 days of delivery. Items will be assessed upon arrival and must pass the heightened health and safety checks we have in place, so please check there's nothing left in the pockets of your item before returning. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging.
If you have received an item from Finisterre as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state this clearly on a note when returning.
- 1) Package your items up with the original Finisterre packaging. Include your invoice or receipt in the parcel. For returns of items bought in-store please also include your contact details.
- 2) Head to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1925 to create your Royal Mail returns label. For online orders please use your 6-digit order number, for items bought in store use the 9 digit number beneath the barcode on your receipt.
- 3) Print out the label/show QR code provided at the post office.
- 4) Obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when dropping off your parcel.
- 5) Online orders will be refunded directly back via your original payment method, for instore purchases our team will give you a call to arrange your refund.
Free in-store returns
If you would like to return your items in-store by following the below steps:
Ensure all items are packed up in the Finisterre packaging.
Make sure you include your paperwork/invoice noting the exchange/return instruction in with your items.

Returns will be quarantined for 48 hours before being processed.
Online orders will be refunded directly back via your original payment method, for in-store purchases our team will give you a call to arrange your refund.
If you wish to exchange something in your order, you can simply return your order with a note requesting your exchange and the Returns team can swap this over for you, stock allowing.
If you are in a rush for your product, you can place a new order online for the replacement item, then return what you don’t want to keep as above. When exchanging in this way, please put your new order number in the box provided on the returns form, and any postage you paid on your new order we will be refunded.
Multi Buy Offer / Bundle Returns
Returns of goods in the bundle will affect your refund amount. For example, if you return one of your bundle items you will be refunded the amount for that product, minus the value of the free product at the time you purchased it.

We don't currently offer free international returns but we do offer an extended returns period for our international customers. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
