UK Returns
We offer a free returns service for customers within the UK.
You’ll need your order number to complete this.
To return online, head over to our returns portal and follow the on-page instructions.
Once you've completed this we'll send your shipping label and instructions via email.
There is no need to print anything. Just take your packed return to any Royal Mail drop-off Location. Show a store associate your QR code, and they'll take care of the rest.
If you are near any of our UK stores, you can also return your item(s) in-store. Please bring your original proof of purchase.
International Returns
For International orders please head over to our returns portal and follow the on-page instructions. You'll need your order number including the # and email address to complete this process.
Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
Returning Internationally will incur a fee. The cost is variable by country and parcel weight. More detail under "Will I be charged to return?"

We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging. Please note if you have purchased gift wrap as part of your purchase you do not have to return it as it is non refundable.

The cost of returning an item or all the items from your order is €15 flat rate to cover postage charges back to the UK.

Will I be charged to return?
We offer a free returns service for customers within the UK.
Returning Internationally will incur a fee to cover postage charges back to the UK. The cost is variable by country and parcel weight.
US returns cost $15 per parcel. Canadian returns cost Ca$20 per parcel. Republic of Ireland returns cost €15 per parcel.
EU Returns cost are variable by country and parcel weight, and are usually between €20-€30.
Can I exchange my item?
Please note we do not offer an online exchange service. Please return your original item for a refund and purchase the new item.
If you are near any of our UK stores, you can exchange your item. Please bring your original proof of purchase.
How long will it take for me to get my refund?
Upon receipt by the warehouse your return may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 days during busier periods.
Once issued refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
One of my items is faulty what do I do?
Since 2003 we have committed to making product that is fit-for-purpose and built to last. That’s why we offer a guarantee covering materials, manufacturing and workmanship defects. How do I send in a Repair product?
When you purchase a Repair, we will send you all the information needed to get your garment to our Repairs Workshop in Cornwall.
