I bought this jacket to walk my dogs due to the rainy weather in Ireland. I'm 1.7m and 75kg and bought size 8. I initially purchased a 12 but found it way too big so went two sizes down. I will wear all year round. If you prefer to wear heavy jumpers underneath, I would recommend opting for one size down from your normal size. I like the fact the jacket goes to my knees and the pockets are deep enough for your keys etc and hands. The hood too gives you good coverage. Definitely well worth the purchase
