ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT

Finisterre is strong in personality and rich in narrative. Driven by a passion for product, the environment and people, we aim to inspire a love of the sea. We are on the hunt for an Ecommerce Assistant for our website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload new product onto the website, following the product upload plan and liaise with all relevant teams to ensure information is correct and received in a timely manner for launch
  • Conduct daily website audits across devices, ensuring the quick and efficient resolution of any errors
  • Maintain product visibility and accuracy of product information, managing maintenance of old / out of stock lines
  • Ensure all collection pages are visually merchandised to maximise product exposure, support marketing activities and drive sales potential
  • Create and maintain new product collection pages to support key trading and SEO needs
  • Maintain and manage weekly content updates onto all commercial site areas, including the Homepage, ensuring consistency and accuracy between product visibility and content
  • Create and maintain Promotional and Sale events online
  • Maintain and maximise sales potential of product recommendations and cross-selling tools (“You May Also Like”)
  • Support website analytical reporting, understanding and putting in place key trading actions as directed
  • Support ongoing site SEO improvements
  • Support email marketing product selection to maximise sales potential

Key Attributes

  • Relevant aspiration and interest in being part of a multi-channel retail business
  • Basic HTML and Adobe Photoshop experience. Prior CMS experience desirable
  • Previous experience within fashion retail and in-store merchandising preferred
  • A strong commitment to learning about the key skills, deliverables and challenges of ecommerce and to delivering continuous improvement
  • Willingness to own and drive your personal development plan, and open to asking for and accepting feedback on performance
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all the company’s policies, procedures and BCorp certification standards
  • Commitment to inclusivity and sustainability, and social and environmental sustainability
  • Passion, energy and aspiration in line with Finisterre values, products, brand and customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Thrives on positive change and able to manage self under pressure

STORE MANAGER – BATH

As a Finisterre Store Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of our Bath store, from driving the stores performance to staffing and delivering agreed targets and KPI’s.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced retailer who is driven by our brand ethos and company values. In joining the Retail team, your experience will directly contribute to the company wide Finisterre retail strategy.

ASSISTANT MANAGER – COVENT GARDEN

Finisterre is strong in personality and rich in narrative. Driven by a passion for product, the environment and people, we aim to inspire a love of the sea. We are on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager for our Covent Garden Store.

As a Finisterre Assistant Store Manager you will be an ambassador for the brand, share your passion and knowledge of our product and deliver an honest and engaging customer service. You will be a role model to your store team and ensure all staff members are motivated, informed and ready to deliver an exceptional Finisterre experience to anyone who walks through the doors. You will be a fundamental part of introducing Finisterre to your local area and building a community around your store both on and off line.

Working closely with our marketing team you will build relationships with like-minded people and support to deliver successful and engaging store events for the local community.
