Mainly opted for Finisterre due to supply chain transparency, I needed a proper jacket for spending time in sub-Arctic regions (novel for me, I'm normally chasing sun) and did not want to be enriching slave owners. F seemed to have the best supply chain credentials of the outdoor gear companies I could find. Was pleasantly surprised to find the coat was in fact also very warm and remarkably comfortable, both for extended periods in subzero temperatures and on return to January howling winds + rain in the UK. The fit is good for me both with and without additional layers, I normally wear medium/slim fit. I am planning to get another F coat as a gift for a family member - would recommend, no hesitation.
