Our Policies
We've always tried to be transparent about how we run this business - not just what we say, but what we've written down and committed to. Being honest about where we've made progress, and where there's still more to do, is what keeps us accountable. Below are a selection of the policies and standards that help to guide better business.
Privacy Policy
How we collect, store and protect your personal data, what we use it for, and the rights you have over it.

Grievance Mechanism for Stakeholders
If you wish to raise a concern or complaint about Finisterre or our practices — including within our supply chain - you can do so directly and confidentially.
What counts as a grievance?
A grievance concerns Finisterre's actual or potential impact on society, the environment, or governance - for example, unfair treatment, unsafe working conditions, discrimination, environmental harm, or a breach of our Supplier Code of Conduct.
This is not for order, product, or return queries. If your query relates to a product, order, or return, please visit our Customer Support page instead - this mechanism is not monitored for those queries and messages of that nature will not be forwarded or receive a response.
How to raise a concern
Send us the details, in confidence, at concerns@finisterre.com. We'll acknowledge your message and confirm whether we've accepted it as a grievance within 5 business days, then keep you updated as we investigate and work towards a resolution, through to confirming when it's closed. If we don't accept an issue as a grievance, we'll explain why.
Confidentiality and protection
You can ask for your identity to be kept confidential if you're worried about how raising a concern might be received. Anyone who raises a grievance in good faith is protected from retaliation of any kind.
