Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging. Please note if you have purchased gift wrap as part of your purchase you do not have to return it as it is non refundable

Please note we do not offer an exchange service. Please return your original item for a refund and purchase the new item

Please head over to our returns portal and follow the on-page instructions. You'll need to input your order number including the # prefix and your email address to complete this process.​

The cost of returning an item or all the items from your order is €15 flat rate to cover postage charges back to the UK.

Upon receipt by the warehouse your return may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 days during busier periods.

Once issued refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

Thorough checks are made before items leave us, but if you have received your order and there is a fault with any items, either email hello@finisterre.com or give us a call 01872 554481 and we will resolve this for you.

During the Festive season any product purchased during the period 4th November until the 23rd December inclusive maybe returned up until the 31st January. Products purchased after the 23rd December will be subject to our standard 28 day returns policy. Please process your return via our returns portal and select the relevant option subject to our standard returns terms and conditions.
