I purchased this for longer summer swims as an alternative to a full wetsuit, which I find restrictive and I'm so glad I did. The body and arm length are both very good for me. I purchased size 12, I'm 5'9.
I'm sure it will be invaluable for helping me stay in longer for Winter swims too.
