Almost brilliant….

This really is an amazing jacket. It’s incredibly well put together, and surprisingly robust. It’s environmental credentials are amazing too. The wool insulation feels really solid and smells incredible. Yup it has an amazingly strong smell of wool. So why not 5 stars? Simple… the sleeves are just way too short. By at least 2 to 3 inches in my case. I would also prefer a patch chest pocket too, but I wouldn’t drop a star for that. Please Finisterre take a good look at the sleeve length on this very special jacket. Thanks.

Fits well, ethical product, looks good

Fits well across the shoulders, good length in the body and the arms, nice to wear something where the material and manufacturing processes are sympathetic to the environment and its still high tech gear for all the outside can throw at you......

A true rival to my longstanding favourite

A really, really well insulated jacket perfect for hiking those windy summits. Side skirt buttons ensure overheating isn't an issue.
