I am a huge fan of rolltop backpacks because they are able to expand and contract with whatever I may need to bring with me. I've used them as a teacher for decades and they are my personal item on planes when traveling . The Finisterre Nautilus is perhaps the best rolltop backpack I've ever used, and here's why: it's waterproof; the latch system is seamless; the outside has minimal buckles/straps to snag when traveling; it has one exterior water bottle pocket (a must for me); there is a great quick access zip pocket on the front, and a smaller zip pocket on the side near the top; and the laptop sleeve is quickly accessible. I love the minimal design of this pack- the size is perfect for everyday. The rolltop is smartly designed. The fabric is lightweight but durable. Zero complaints! I have three of these :)
