Certainly a very high quality and impressive coat - very well insulated, waterproof and warm. On the other hand I personally found it *too* warm for 95% of British weather. It is a very heavy duty coat, so although it would be hard to beat on a deep-winter Cornish coast path, it wouldn't be practical for day-to-day winter commuting, or more active travel. I would also say the colour is more 'browny' than 'reddy' if that's useful. I wish the coat had worked for me, but just didn't fit my need.
