Description
Give your Finisterre jacket some TLC with our refresh service. Includes a wash and reproof, up to 3 patches, plus a choice of either a Hem Repair, Pocket Repair, Elastic Drawcord Repair or a Toggle Repair (if more patches are required, they can be swapped in for other repairs offered).
Service only available in the UK. 2-4 week turnaround, may vary during peak times.
Please wash your repair before sending it in as we will be unable to repair it if it is dirty.

Took my jacket in for a repair and refresh and it’s come back looking fab.
I specifically asked for a different colour when a patch was required, which I feel shows off the sustainability of the brand and what they stand for.

Left a dog treat in my pocket and in his efforts to find it the dog pretty much removed the sleeve from my favourite finisterre jacket.
I had sent another in for minor repair and added this to the parcel in the hope something/anything could be done to revive it.
Amazingly the team contacted me with a quote and a couple of weeks later my jackets were back as good as new. Fabulous workmanship and service.
The repair and reconditioning service is an excellent example of Finisterre’s vision of only leaving footprints. My old (10-12 years) and tatty gilet has had a new lease of life and saved me the time and cost of sourcing a replacement.

Amy did a fantastic job of resurrecting my long winter coat. I'd bought it about 7 years ago and it's kept me warm for many winters but it was on its last legs this year with a huge underarm rip and seams spilling out on the back. Amy patched it up and re-waterproofed it so I do not need to buy a new coat. I was so happy to get it back looking new again.
