Service only available in the UK. 2-4 week turnaround, may vary during peak times.
Please wash your repair before sending it in as we will be unable to repair it if it is dirty.

- Repairs take on average 2-4 weeks
- Garments not pre-washed will be washed and charged for as part of the repairs service

I had a couple of small pulls in the fabric of my coat I wasn't going to bother getting repaired, but when I then caught the sleeve on a door (my fault) I got in touch about a repair. As some of the tears weren't down to catching it on the door, Finisterre offered to partially refund me as the item was no longer in stock, or do a full repair for free! As I wanted to keep the coat and not add to waste, I opted for the repair and couldn't be happier! It's hardly visible at all and I know will give an already well made coat years more of life!
