How to Measure

Measuring can help you select the most accurate size, you can use a tape measure to do this. Measurements below refer to body size, not product dimensions.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under armpit.

Waist

Measure around the smallest part of your waist.

Inside Leg

Measure from crotch to ankle.

Arm

Measure from the centre of neck down to wrist.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of your hips.
