Not sure on your item and need to return it?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging. Please note if you have purchased gift wrap as part of your purchase you do not have to return it as it is non refundable
Gift purchases
During the Christmas season any product purchased during the period 10th November until the 15th December inclusive maybe returned up until the 15th January. (last posting date) Products purchased after the 15th December will be subject to our standard 28 day returns policy
Please process your return via our returns portal and select the relevant option subject to our standard returns terms and condition.
Gift Wrap Service
If you have purchased Gift Wrap please note this is a non refundable item even if you return the Gift Wrap to us
How can I return in the UK?
We offer a free returns service for customers within the UK. You’ll need your order number to complete this. Head over to https://finisterre.com/returns-portal and follow the on-page instructions.Once you've completed this we'll send your shipping label and instructions via email. There is no need to print anything. Just take your packed return to any Royal Mail drop-off Location. Show a store associate your QR code, and they'll take care of the rest.
How can I return Internationally?
For International orders please head over to this portal and follow the on-page instructions. You'll need your order number including the # and email address to complete this process.
Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
Will I be charged to return?
We offer a free returns service for customers within the UK.
Returning Internationally will incur a fee.
How do I exchange my item?
Please note we do not offer an exchange service. Please return your original item for a refund and purchase the new item
How long will it take for me to get my refund/exchange?
Your return may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 days during busier periods.
One of my items is faulty what do I do?
Thorough checks are made before items leave us, but if you have received your order and there is a fault with any items, either email hello@finisterre.com or give us a call 01872 554481 and we will resolve this for you.
How do I send in a Repair product?
When you purchase a Repair, we will send you all the information needed to get your garment to our Repairs Workshop in Cornwall.
