Love it! Have always been happy with items bought and the friendliness of your staff but unfortunately, went in your outlet in St Agnes today to buy presents for my husband and son and the staff in the shop really let you down .
They didn’t ask if we needed any help they watched my husband refold jumpers that he had tried on they didn’t engage with us at all.
We actually left without buying anything and this is a first.
Usually the staff are enthusiastic , helpful and friendly.
