Our carbon journey has been a steep learning curve, and as we’ve refined our approach, we’ve uncovered both challenges and opportunities – especially when it comes to improving how we measure and reduce our impact.
Impact Report 2024: Tracking Our Carbon

In 2024, we started a new partnership with Carbonfact to revolutionise how we track and manage our carbon footprint. Like many brands, we were stuck in a reactive cycle, reviewing carbon data after products were made and long after key design decisions had been set. To drive real reductions, we need to act much earlier.
Carbonfact’s platform allows our design and production teams to run ‘what-if’ scenarios, helping us understand the carbon impact of different materials, suppliers, and transport options before products are made – so we can embed sustainability into every decision.
This proactive approach ensures sustainability isn’t an afterthought, but a core part of the design process. Our teams will start using the platform in 2025, giving them real-time tools to make better choices at every stage.
Carbon reporting isn’t static - it’s a process of continuous improvement. With better data, smarter tools, and stronger collaboration across our supply chain, we’re building a more transparent, impactful carbon reduction journey.
This process is taking time, which means our 2024 carbon footprint is not ready to share with the rest of the data and stories in this report. We look forward to sharing our updated footprint on our website later in 2025.
