Repair of coats

I have two coats from Finisterre and I love them both. I sent one coat for repair after pinging the top off a popper at the front. First I was amazed at the small charge for the work. I was delighted that as well as the popper, they removed a stain on the coat. And more impressed by the speed in which the work was completed. A marvellous service.

Lapwing Gillet Repairs

I recently had a pop button break on my Lapwing Gillet so I contacted Finisterre for advise, fully prepared for some DIY repairs. After exchanging a few emails they kindly offered to repair it free of charge. Turnaround time was quick and now I have my lovely gillet back in time for layering up during the cold & wet autumn weather. Loving their ethos of repair & re-use, rather than discard. Top marks to Finisterre, especially Sophia for all her help & advise.
