Since the beginning of these strange times, our first priority has been the welfare of our staff and customers. When our stores reopen once more, we will continue to maintain the high level of safety and hygiene measures we've implemented to ensure the safety of our community in our shops.
Please wear a face covering in our stores.
Our changing rooms are currently closed, but with our extended returns policy you can try your gear on at home at your own pace.
Our staff will be cleaning frequently throughout the day, especially in areas that are high-risk such as pay points and door handles.
To comply with social distancing we can only allow two customers in our store at one time, and ask that they maintain a 2m distance from others.
For those who wish to minimise contact, we’ll be taking orders by phone that can be picked up from our stores.
For a more comfortable shopping experience we’re offering a limited number of individual appointments for customers, which can be booked online.
We ask that all customers use the hand sanitiser provided at the sanitary station as they enter our stores.
Some of our stores remained closed and we will be operating reduced opening hours. Please check your local store page before visiting.
For hygiene reasons we are not accepting cash at this time. To minimise contact, please pay by card or contactless payment method.
