Service only available in the UK. 4-6 week turnaround, may vary during peak times.
Please wash your repair before sending it in as we will be unable to repair it if it is dirty.

- Repairs take on average 4-6 weeks
- Garments not pre-washed will be washed and charged for as part of the repairs service

I bought a new jumper in the sale and when it arrived there was a pulled stitch where the label had been sewn in. Rather than get a refund I opted to have it repaired which is a fantastic option to have! It was very easy and quick and the jumper looks absolutely perfect! Very happy.
