If your waterproof zip has broken, we can replace it on any Finisterre waterproof jacket.
All waterproof zip replacements are black, YKK Vislon Aquaguard. Zip measurement will be selected as close to original size as possible.
Zips are replaced if they are broken, not for design preferences such as a two-way zip, as unnecessary replacements create waste
Please wash your repair before sending it in.

Contacted Finisterre due to problems with the main zip in my jacket , was asked to return it and they repaired it in a couple of weeks and it’s just like new. I thought it might have been the end for my jacket but it’s back in use and was delighted with their customer service. Always think it’s worth paying extra for a quality product that the manufacturer will repair if it’s not been damaged by the owner. Hopefully the jacket will be with me for many years to come
