Please note all waterproof zips will take a minimum of 8 weeks to replace.
Zips are only to be replaced if faulty or broken, not because the current design is disliked or a two way zip is preferred. This only leads to waste.
The new zip seems better quality than the original one. The service itself was quick, but for some reason delivery took over two weeks. Super happy to have my favourite trousers back! Thank you for a super service.
