Jacket Zip Repair

If your zip has broken or become faulty, we can replace it on any Finisterre insulation or waterproof jacket.

Service only available in the UK. If you require a waterproof zip replacement, please note the lead time for this will be up to 6 weeks, for all other zips the turnaround will be 4-6 weeks, may vary during peak times.

Zips are only to be replaced if faulty or broken, not because the current design is disliked or a two way zip is preferred. This only leads to waste.

Please note, our Handwork Repair Specialists will aim to match zip as close to original where possible. If the original colour is not available, we use black. Zip measurements are in 4cm increments so replacement zip may be slightly smaller than original.

Please wash your repair before sending it in as we will be unable to repair it if it is dirty.
