My main reason for buying this cap it's because when I go to swim in the sea, if feels so strange to me the cold water inside my ears, I tried it a few days after buying it and I really like it, it proctects my head and hears very well. It fits great, not to tight not to lose, I got the large one, because my head its bigger than average :)!
