Please wash your repair before sending it in as we will be unable to repair it if it is dirty.
Repair Information

- Available for all Finisterre jackets
- Repairs take on average 2-4 weeks
- Please ensure your jacket arrives clean and dry to the workshop ready for the three-tier technical wash and reproofing service. Any items which arrive unwashed will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

We sent off two jackets for wash and re-proofing. Whilst the service said it can take up to four weeks, they were back within just over a week. Great communication throughout the process.
