I wore it hiking with my back pack on and cycling and swimming. The colour is great for keeping you seen should anything go wrong. It stays put better than I thought. My only gripe is that I haven't figured out how to tie it so it's not digging in my back cycling with the weight of my backpack. It was great hiking with my backpack, just not for cycling. I'm yet to try it under my wetsuitbut I think it'll get pressed into my spine with the pressure of that. But all in all, great to wear! Hope that helps.
