We first met Mickey boarding a fishing boat on our way out to a big day at Gurlan in Donegal, Ireland. It was late October and one of our first trips as a brand. Just when we thought we were on our own, up pops Mickey, grinning and hurrying out to shoot; never has a first encounter been so telling. A talented film maker, musician and photographer, Mickey’s imagery transcends convention and dives deep into the raw nature of cold water surf.
