Give your Finisterre jacket a whole new lease of life with our full service.
Including a Wash and Reproof, up to 3 Patches, 2 Pocket Repairs, Hem Repair or Elastic Drawcord Repair and Zip Replacement. (If more patches are required, they can be swapped in for other repairs offered).
Service only available in the UK. If you require a waterproof zip replacement please note the lead time for this will be up to 6 weeks, for all other repairs the turnaround will be 2-4 weeks, may vary during peak times.
Please note, our Handwork Repair Specialists will aim to match zip as close to original where possible. If the original colour is not available, we use black. Zip measurements are in 4cm increments so replacement zip may be slightly smaller than original.
Please wash your repair before sending it in as we will be unable to repair it if it is dirty.

- Repairs take on average 2-4 weeks
- Please ensure your jacket arrives clean and dry to the workshop ready for the three-tier technical wash and reproofing service. Any items which arrive unwashed will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

Brilliant service offered by Finisterre. Sent my jacket off for a full service repair as I felt that, with some patching up, it still had some years left in it. I received updates from the customer service team to confirm the work that would be done, which I thought was a nice touch. The jacket came back within the expected timeframe and is in great condition; it's not immediately obvious where the patches are and the replaced elastic parts make the coat look and feel like new.
