To ensure the safe arrival of your goods, all of our shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Order before 1.00pm to have your order dispatched on the same working day.
Our Express services are applicable to UK orders only. UK orders placed before 1.00 pm Monday – Thursday delivered the next working day. Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, and some Highland addresses 1-2 working days. We will inform you if the shipment is due to take longer.
We do not offer our Express options during our busy sale periods due to the sheer volume of orders we get and to manage customer expectation, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
We use UPS/ Parcel Force for UK Express deliveries and shipments to Europe and International addresses.
If your order is taking any longer to get to you than the above stated shipping time, please log in to your account to check your tracking or get in touch with us so we can check up on this for you.
All items purchased online or in-store from 1st November 2019 can be returned until the 10th January 2020. For purchases made after 14th December our standard 28-day return policy will apply. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
UK Returns
In the UK we offer a free tracked returns service with the Royal Mail so all you need to do is package it up in its original packaging and head to http://finisterre.com/free-tracked-returns. Fill in the form online to print of your returns label. Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you drop it off. We aim to process exchanges and returns as fast as we can but please allow us plenty of time during busy periods. In these periods the process can take up to 2 weeks.

We don't currently offer free international returns but we do offer an extended returns period for our international customers. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us on returns@finisterre.com
If you wish to exchange something in your order, you can either place a new order online for the replacement item if you are in a rush for your product, then return what you don’t want to keep as above. When exchanging in this way, please put your new order number in the box provided on the returns form, and any postage you paid on your new order we will be refunded. If you are happy to wait, you can simply return your order with a note requesting your exchange and the Returns team can swap this over for you, stock allowing.
Across the Christmas period and into the New Year many of our retail stores have updated opening hours, including extended and late night shopping in the run up to Christmas.
Please be aware that all our stores are closed on Boxing Day December 26th, for our retail teams to spend much deserved time-off with family and friends.
